A meaningful share of our practice involves foreign companies entering or operating in Tanzania. We routinely advise on incorporation of local entities, registration and licensing under TISEZA (the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority that replaced TIC and EPZA in 2025) and the immigration, tax, and property matters that come with setting up a business in the country.
